• No magwell → choose standard (non-magwell) base pads.
• With magwell → choose magwell-compatible base pads relieved to clear the funnel and seat flush.

Capacity & reload control

Designs typically add +1 to +8 rounds (model-dependent) and give a larger pad face to drive the magazine home. For bigger extensions, a longer/stronger spring can help maintain reliability.
